Beefy’s Own is dedicated to preserving the time-honed tradition of cooking with beef tallow, specifically cooking potato chips in tallow. With just one bite you’ll understand why the original potato chip recipe, dating back to 1822, used beef tallow, and why that remained largely unchanged for over a century. Our chips are both better you and your taste buds - by forgoing cheap, industrially produced vegetable oil, and instead using the fat humans consumed for hundreds of thousands of year, we’ve crafted the most delicious potato chips the worlds seen!
