By harvesting olives early in the season and cold pressing within hours of picking, we capture the health and flavor of one of nature’s perfect foods. *Evie Olive Oil (EVOO) was named after my great-grandmother, Eva “Evie” Fields, who was renowned for her cooking due to the quality of the ingredients she used. Her ingredients came fresh from her backyard garden.
