Fletcher & Lu is a neighborhood provisions shop, nose-to-tail charcuterie maker, and from-scratch bakery in Kingston, NY. Sketched on butcher paper as a seasonal ode to the beloved Parisian traiteurs, New Jersey pork stores and Jewish delicatessens of our childhoods, we make nearly everything we sell using every bit of all the animals and vegetables that come through our door, purchasing as much as possible directly from small, responsible Hudson Valley farms. That is why among our more popular items like sausages, cold cuts, fresh pasta, and rotisserie chickens, you will also find traditional classics like head cheese, country pâté, pickles, and hearty stews.
