While home in Norway one summer, Hedvig Bourbon discovered her passion for making handcrafted Knekkebrød (crispbread). After a decade as a stay-at-home mom, she saw this as an opportunity to share her love for baking and founded Norwegian Baked in the spring of 2016. Norwegian Baked’s Knekkebrød (crispbread) is a modern spin on a traditional Nordic staple. Handcrafted utilizing organic whole grains and seeds, Norwegian Baked’s Knekkebrød is an addictively delicious, nutrient-rich and vegan crispbread.
